Keith Dary - Head Chef
Drawing from a 25 year career spanning coast to coast including top clubs
like the Bridges of Rancho Santa Fe, Red Rock Country Club in Las Vegas and
High Pount Country Club in North Carolina, Executive Chef Keith Dary brings
inspired and seasonal culinary flair and precision to the guest experience at
Las Sendas Golf Club. Guiding exciting expansion to accomodate a dynamic
range of guest offerings, Chef Keith will oversee menu planning, dish design
and food operations. along the way guests will discover their favorite
breakfast, lunch and dinner dishes with a freshened and unique twist plus an
enticing new selection of menu offerings as Chef Keith reinvents the culinary
experience at Las Sendas Golf Club.
Dennis Shaw - Director, Food and Beverage
Dennis brings a wide array of experience to the Food and Beverage
department at Las Sendas Golf Club. While attending school and growing up
in the Phoenix area, he began his career with Marriott Hotels. After nine
years he moved on to the luxury market which included The Phoenician
Resort, The Brown Palace, and Boston Four Seasons Hotel. Upon his return to
Phoenix he was with Desert Mountain Golf Community, The Wigwam Resort
and most recently held the position of GM and Director of Operations for
LON's at The Hermosa Inn.
